A new Odyssey awaits us! From September 2021, all Irish schools will have the opportunity to teach the new Leaving Cert Classical Studies specification. This is a new Learning Outcomes based specification with much less content - but it still has all the parts we love!
There are new challenges too. Many of use will have only studied either the Greek or the Roman Temples or art, many of us have never even touched Julius Caesar before, and many will think of an Egyptian God rather than a Roman poet when they hear the name Horace! But, many of use can help fill in the gaps for each other and share what we've learnt in our own careers.
This is a platform to do this.
